Mountain Range Nursery is situated in the city of Wollongong, 80kms south of Sydney, Australia and specializes in the germination and export of Kentia Palms (Howea forsteriana) and Norfolk Pines (Araucaria heterophylla) seedlings, cuttings and larger plants.
We also supply seeds and seedlings of the Cook Pine (Araucaria columnarus). This species is often incorrectly refered to as Araucaria excelsa, Araucaria cookii or the Hawaiian hybrid.
Mountainrange has been exporting small seedlings to satisfied customers all over the world, for over twenty years.

The Norfolk Pine (Araucaria heterophylla), indigenous to Australia's Norfolk Island, is widely used as an indoor plant and in seaside locations. Seedlings are available from September to November. Cuttings, all year round.
We also supply seed of the Cook Pine (Araucaria columnarus).



Kentia seedlings are sized according to customer's requests. Growth rates are normally one leaf every three months. The one leaf seedlings can be potted directly into a 75mm pot and grown under eighty percent shade. The plants are washed, dipped and airfreighted directly to the overseas grower in polystyrene boxes. Transport time from Sydney airport to the customers' international airport is less than 24 hours.
